Image Submission

Your purchase may require you to submit images such as invitation card designs and/or photos for the implementation of WedCam effects. Our customer service will get into contact with you within 2 working days and give instructions of how to upload your images. This section is a guideline for you when choosing or designing your images. Following this guideline can greatly optimize the end performance and make it easier for mobile cameras to recognize your images.

1) Rich in detail, e.g., street scene, group of people, collages and mixture of items, text.
2) Good contrast within the graphic, with bright and dark regions well-lit.
3) Avoid repetitive patterns, i.e. a grassy field, the facade of modern house with identical windows, checkerboard etc.
4) Colors are not considered in the recognition process.

Video Submission

Your purchase may require you to submit videos for the implementation of WedCam effects. Our customer service will get into contact with you within 2 working days and give instructions of how to upload your videos. Videos to be submitted is recommended to be in MP4 format with resolutions at 720p.
